Layers
Not only are Chicago’s Marina Towers iconic landmarks, they are just so much fun to photograph…particularly when one can find interesting angles from which to make a shot.

i have recently gotten back from Chicago and thought the structures were amazing. I am 15 and i took some amazing pictures of the Hancock building, and the blue angle jets myself. i just wanted to let you know that i think photography is amazing and i hope to accomplish great things with it, i was also thinking about making a facebook page to take photos of anyone who wants a piece of the past with them forever.I plan to call it City Lights Photography, the inspiration came from the shinning lights of Chicago. You are one of the reasons i love to take picture.
thank you.

Kellie–
It’s so wonderful to hear someone so enthusiastic about photography! your Facebook page sounds like a great idea. And I have to say that I am flattered by your very kind words, and I am glad you found something in my work with which you connected. I wish you the best with shooting, and I hope to see a lot of your work in the future!
Take care and keep shooting,
John
